Meet The Chef

Prize-winner of the Hospitality School of Liège (Belgium) in 1981 our Chef Marc Iserentant was considered the best student of its category. He is a Master Saucier and has acquired his experience in the Medieval Kitchen in Roture in Liège and in other prestigious venues such as the Castle of Pont D’Oye and “La Villa Des Roses”. We are famous for our delicious fish from the Tanganyika Lake as well as for our top quality meat.
